We have had a great weekend. The girls have been in the best moods and Muvie and Tad came to visit. Saturday we spent the day shopping, even Micah tagged along. He may not want to admit it, but it was a wonderful day. It sure made my weekend for him to go with us. (and it made it easier to get the girls in and out) On Sunday, Muvie and I went back shopping and the girls once again were troopers. ( I think they like the mall) Micah got to go play golf with some friends. When we got back from the mall, the girls were good and hot. So we decided to head to the pool (aka bathtub) I think my pool days are over until next year since it is so hot, but the bathtub worked good to cool the girls off. Enjoy my beautiful babies!!!
This past August Micah and I celebrated our 7th anniversary. So much has changed in seven years. In January 2009, the lord blessed us with two healthy girls. Anna and Sydney make each day a joy. In April of 2012 we were blessed again with a healthy boy we named Minor. We have enjoyed this blog so much and are thankful that we can share our family stories. Hope everyone enjoys the updates.

This afternoon the girls had their four month check up and shots. THEY DID GREAT!!!! It is amazing how much they have grown. Anna weighs 11 pounds and 12 ounces and Sydney weighs 11 pounds even. Both are 23 inches long. I do not know how I am going to continue to pack them around. They are getting so heavy in their car seat/carrier. Everywhere we go, people are amazed by them. We stop traffic in every store. I am so thankful for my healthy, happy babies. We have been blessed!!!!
The girls are watching cartoons and playing with their doll blankets. It is our newest entertainment!!! (Thank goodness, it gives mommy alittle time)

We have been out of commission for the past two weeks due to the entire family being sick. It has been rough. We would like to thank everyone for their help and prayers. We are finally on the road to recovery, even though we are no longer sleeping through the night!!!
Sydney is our little Southern Belle/drama queen. She has the funniest expressions. It is funny how different the girls are. She never moves in her sleep and when we do tummy time, she just lays down and says to heck with this. Its such hard work to hold your head up. Both girls are cooing like crazy and I can only imagine how loud and talkative its going to be around our house in the future. They are already loud and nonstop.

The girls are starting to get so active, especially Anna. I laid the girls on oppisite ends of the crib to go get something and when I came back to check on them, this is what I got. They had scooted close together and were kicking each other. They thought that this was so funny. It entertained them for awhile.
The girls sleep in seperate cribs and its a good thing. Anna scoots all over her crib, from one end to the other. In this picture, she had actually scooted down and turned around. She is so strong, even the nurses at the ER were amazed. She can roll from her back to her side and I am sure flip on her stomach soon. She is our little wild cat.

Our sick little girls. On Friday, the girls developed a cough that turned into a nightmare. Saturday that cough brought on fever, runny nose, vommiting, and just down right fussiness. On Sunday, we made a trip to the ER to be checked out. And thankfully after a full day all the test were negative, but on the downside they sent us home with no meds and no answers. There is just nothing you can give them this young.
